A board with skin in the game
MSCRA is governed by working collision repair professionals from across Utah and Colorado. Board members run shops, employ technicians, and deal directly with the insurer pressure, parts sourcing challenges, and workforce issues that MSCRA addresses.
This is not a board of former executives or outside consultants. Every board member has skin in the game. The advocacy MSCRA carries into regulatory and legislative settings is grounded in what these members handle in their own shops every day, which keeps the association's positions tied to documented experience rather than talking points.
