Monthly webinars and periodic live events for collision repair professionals in Utah and Colorado. Every topic on the 2026 calendar came from something member shops are actually asking about.
Member program
Two events a month, and live events twice a year
MSCRA runs two events every month. A member webinar, open to all MSCRA members and to members of the Montana Collision Repair Association, our affiliate, covers a technical, business, or advocacy topic and includes a live question-and-answer period. Sessions run about 60 minutes and are recorded for member access in the portal.
MSCRA also holds a closed board meeting on the second Thursday of each month at 11:30 am. Twice a year, MSCRA hosts live events in each state, one in the spring and one in the fall, where members meet, hear from speakers, and connect across the Utah and Colorado collision repair community.

ADAS Calibration Cost Recovery
How to document calibration requirements, structure supplements for reimbursement, and respond when an insurer refuses coverage. ADAS calibration is now required on 28.3% of all repairable claims (CCC Intelligent Solutions).
EV Repair Readiness
Electric vehicle collision costs run 46.9% higher than comparable ICE repairs (CCC Intelligent Solutions). This session covers what equipment your shop needs before accepting EV collision work, what training pathways are available, and how to handle a job that comes in before your shop is fully equipped.
Technician Recruitment and Retention
The industry faces a projected shortage of 100,000 technicians over the next five years (TechForce Foundation). This session covers specific recruitment channels that work for small independent shops, compensation structures that compete with dealerships, and apprenticeship program options in Utah and Colorado.
OEM Parts Documentation
How to document OEM part requirements for specific vehicles, manage supplement disputes when an insurer writes for aftermarket alternatives, and protect your OEM certification status when a parts substitution would put it at risk. Utah's HB 119 (2026) requires insurers to disclose non-OEM aftermarket crash parts, which changes how shops document parts decisions.
